Executive Coaching for Senior Leaders
Lead with greater clarity. Show up with greater intention.
Help your leaders step up without burning out.
As your leaders rise, the nature of their work changes completely. The strategy becomes ambiguous. Stakeholder networks multiply overnight. The corporate playbook that made them successful in their previous roles is no longer enough to help them succeed in the next.
I partner with internal L&D, HR, and talent development teams to provide senior leaders with the objective, external space they need to recalibrate, stress-test their thinking, and successfully scale their leadership style to match their new span of control.
The Critical Friction Points We Address
When an executive transitions into a high-complexity role, the risks to your organization are structural, cultural, and financial.I coach senior leaders who are actively navigating:
The Shift to Enterprise-Level Strategy: Moving away from functional expertise to lead cross-functional, highly matrixed organizations.
Intense Stakeholder Ambiguity: Managing complex alignment across boards, global regional teams, and diverse executive peers.
High-Stakes Decision Fatigue: Leading through continuous corporate restructuring, market disruption, or rapid AI integration.
The “Impostor” Shift: Helping highly technical or operational leaders cultivate the executive presence and strategic patience required for enterprise roles.
Sustainable Performance: Preventing systemic burnout in top-tier talent during extended periods of organizational stress.

A Strategic Partnership
I do not offer generic, template-driven life coaching or superficial leadership advice. My framework combines rigorous behaviorual coaching with an acute understanding of global corporate dynamics. I understand that your internal teams need an external partner who respects organizational boundaries while driving measurable growth. My engagement focuses on four developmental pillars:
Objective Self-Awareness: Surfacing blind spots and legacy leadership behaviours that are stalling the leader's current impact.
Stakeholder Mapping & Influence: Unpacking the unspoken political and cultural dynamics of their business unit.
Strategic Intentionality: Shifting the leader's daily focus from tactical fire-fighting to high-leverage strategic vision.
Behavioral Accountability: Translating insights into concrete leadership behaviors that directly align with your organization’s core competencies and talent metrics.
I bring perspective from multiple sides of organizational life. My career path spans global corporations, entrepreneurship, group facilitation, and executive coaching. I have operated inside large multinational firms, completed my MBA at INSEAD, and built and scaled my own company from the ground up. Having worked across India, Europe, and the United States, I understand the friction points of global leadership firsthand.
I understand that real-world leadership challenges rarely fit neatly inside a standard competency framework. True operational hurdles involve messy human dynamics. They are shaped by corporate politics, raw ambition, market uncertainty, personal identity, and matrixed relationships. Often, they require executives to make difficult choices about what success itself means at the highest levels.
My role as a coach is not to advise senior leaders on how to run their business units.Instead, I partner with them to build a rigorous, entirely confidential thinking space. This framework helps your executives see the blind spots they might be missing, question the assumptions they take for granted, and make conscious, deliberate choices about how they lead your organization forward.

When the role changes, the leader often needs to change too.
