A certified facilitator guides the session, beginning with specific challenges or prompts. Each participant builds a model using Lego bricks to represent their thoughts or solutions. Participants then share their models and discuss insights with the group, which facilitates deeper understanding and collaboration. The process is structured yet flexible, allowing for creative exploration.

Workshops can vary in length depending on the objectives, typically lasting anywhere from 2 hours to a full day, or over multiple days. We customize the duration based on your team’s needs, whether it’s a quick ideation session or an in-depth strategy workshop.

No previous experience with Lego® bricks or creative exercises is necessary.

Lego® Serious Play® is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their role or familiarity with Lego. The process and prompts are simple to follow, enabling all participants to engage comfortably and effectively.

Absolutely. We work closely with your team to tailor the workshop content to address your specific goals and challenges. Whether it’s aligning on a new strategy, improving team dynamics, or brainstorming new ideas, our facilitators design the session around your needs.

While in-person sessions offer the richest experience, remote and hybrid workshops are also possible – kits need to be purchased in advance and received by all participants in time. Also it required proper camera setup so that each one’s model is clearly visible on screen.
