Beginning 2026, I am choosing to be more intentional about giving my time where it truly matters. After years of witnessing the transformative power of facilitation, I am opening a limited number of pro-bono slots for those who genuinely need support but cannot afford it.

Over the years, facilitation has given me a front-row seat to something extraordinary: when people truly see each other, listen to each other, and co-create together, the quality of outcomes changes completely.

I’ve witnessed quiet voices finding their strength, conflicting perspectives discovering common ground, and diverse teams unlocking creativity they didn’t know existed. These moments of breakthrough don’t happen by accident—they require intention, structure, and skilled guidance.

In 2026, I’m dedicating specific time to support individuals, teams, nonprofits, community groups, and early-stage founders who deeply need facilitation support but genuinely lack the resources to access it. This is about creating meaningful impact where access has been the barrier.
