Meghna Bhutoria is an INSEAD MBA with over 20 years of global experience in leadership roles across top MNCs such as Syngenta (Switzerland), Cypress Semiconductor (USA), and ITC Limited (India). An entrepreneur for the past decade, she brings a unique blend of corporate insight and creative facilitation. Meghna is a Certified LEGO® Serious Play® Facilitator and a member of the International Association of Facilitators, passionate about using hands-on, participatory methods to spark innovation, alignment, and meaningful conversations in teams and organizations.
